Because our product comprises glassware, which must be packaged to a high standard before shipping, we operate a no-returns policy.

If your product is in any way damaged on delivery, please notify us immediately at, remembering to include photography and a description of your damaged product, and we will investigate your order and its delivery


If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 14 days from date of delivery to notify us via email at We will assess your request for a refund and, if approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
