Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on Sunday’s or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses within mainland U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
If you are ordering for delivery to an address out with the United Kingdom, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Uisge Source is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods if you intend to notify us of damage to your product. As Uisge Source product mostly comprises glassware, we take utmost care when packaging our product. However, should your product be damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, remembering to include a description of the damage and supporting photography. We will then assess your case and, if we agree the damage merits a replacement, we will ship you a replacement product.
